Welcome to SoundMesh ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our audio streaming platform designed for users with role-playing (RP) servers and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Age Requirements: You must be at least 16 years old to use our Service. If you are between 16 and 18, you must have parental consent.

Permitted Use: Our Service is designed for audio streaming on role-playing (RP) servers. You may use the Service for legitimate gaming and entertainment purposes.

Prohibited Activities: You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Stream copyrighted content without proper licensing
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Resell or redistribute our Service without permission

Optional Discord Integration: We may provide optional Discord bot functionality to enhance your experience with our Service. Use of the Discord bot is subject to these Terms and Discord's Terms of Service.

Bot Permissions: By inviting our Discord bot to your server, you grant it the necessary permissions to function as intended. You may revoke these permissions at any time by removing the bot from your Discord server.

Discord Data: Our Discord bot only collects server information necessary for its functionality, such as guild ID and specific channel IDs for playing stations or displaying now playing information. We do not collect user data or personal information through our Discord bot. This data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Bot Availability: Discord bot functionality is provided as-is and may be subject to Discord's platform limitations, outages, or changes to their API. We are not responsible for Discord platform issues that may affect bot functionality.

Prohibited Bot Use: You may not use our Discord bot to:

• Spam or flood Discord channels
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
• Attempt to exploit or reverse engineer the bot's functionality
• Use the bot for harassment or inappropriate behavior

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to store, process, and deliver that content as part of the Service.

Copyright Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any music or audio content you stream. We respect intellectual property rights and will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices.

Content Monitoring: We reserve the right to review and remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

Subscription Plans: We offer various subscription plans with different features and limits. Plan details are available on our pricing page.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your service will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Uptime: We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.

Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice.

Technical Support: Support is provided based on your subscription plan. Response times may vary.

Termination by Us: We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you violate these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons.

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable period.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the United States.
